Staying at this hotel was a unique and incredible experience as the rooms had direct access to the beach and were just a few steps away from the turquoise waters of the sea. The design was amazing and everything was very clean. The staff were attentive and lovely, although there was a slight issue with trying to steal my jewelry for the mini bar. The location, while not in the center of the island, was amazing being in Tulum on the beach, making it perfect for a quieter beach getaway. Overall, a delightful stay with some minor hiccups.

The service, aside from an unfortunate incident of someone attempting to steal my jewelry, was amazing.
